Getting set
Sit up tall with your legs straight out in front of you and your right ankle crossed over your left. Reach your arms out to the sides so that they make a T shape with your torso. Take a deep breath in.
The exercise
Try to count out the positions in your head as you do them. When you get to Step 8, you will transition seamlessly back to Step 1.
STEP 1
Exhale: Roll back into the first of two Teasers that youâll do in this exercise, with your arms circling forward and reaching toward your toes, and your legs lifting up diagonally toward the sky and keeping their crossed position. You should be in your Balance Point, balancing just behind your tailbone and using your Abdominal Scoop to keep your balance (Figure 8-7a).
